AP Clerk Dashboard
Your dashboard serves as the central hub for daily invoice processing activities. This guide explains the layout and key features.
Dashboard Layout
Section titled “Dashboard Layout”The interface is organized into several main sections:
- Status cards at the top showing invoice counts by workflow state
- Filter controls for narrowing results
- Invoice list table displaying key details
- User menu and settings access in the upper right
Status Cards
Section titled “Status Cards”Four cards display invoice counts:

| Inbox | New invoices requiring processing |
| Review | Invoices awaiting your verification |
| Pending | Submitted invoices in approval queue |
| Rejected | Items returned by approvers |
Click any card to filter the invoice list accordingly.
Invoice List
Section titled “Invoice List”Columns Displayed
Section titled “Columns Displayed”The table includes: invoice number, vendor name, total amount, invoice date, and current status. Click any invoice number to open the full record.
Filtering & Sorting
Section titled “Filtering & Sorting”Apply filters using dropdown menus for status, date range, and vendor. Click column headers to sort ascending or descending. The search box finds invoices by number, vendor, or PO reference.
Batch Operations
Section titled “Batch Operations”Select multiple invoices using checkboxes. Available batch actions include submitting for approval, deleting drafts, and reassigning invoices.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Section titled “Keyboard Shortcuts”Navigate efficiently using shortcuts like j/k to move between rows, Enter to open an invoice, x to toggle selection, and / to focus the search box.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”The bell icon alerts you to new inbox items, rejected invoices, and escalation warnings requiring attention.
