AR Email Configuration
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The AR Email Configuration feature enables TaprNext to transmit invoices and related documents via email through a dedicated mailbox managed for Accounts Receivable operations.
Configuration Steps
Section titled “Configuration Steps”1. Enable AR Email
Section titled “1. Enable AR Email”Navigate to Tapr Settings in the Frappe desk, access the AR Settings tab, and activate the Enable AR Email checkbox.
2. Server Settings
Section titled “2. Server Settings”The system provides pre-configured, read-only server parameters:

3. Account Settings
Section titled “3. Account Settings”| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Username/Email | Your AR email address (assigned by TaprNext) |
| New Password | Update credentials as needed |
4. Update Password
Section titled “4. Update Password”- Enter your new password in the New Password field
- Click Update AR Password button
- Credentials are securely stored for email operations
Testing the Connection
Section titled “Testing the Connection”After setup, use the Test AR Email Connection button to validate settings and confirm successful email transmission from your configured account.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Connection Failed: Verify password accuracy, confirm STARTTLS enablement, and check mail server accessibility from your network.
Emails Not Sending: Validate AR email is enabled, review Frappe’s email queue for errors, and check logging in Tapr Settings.
