Get started with TaprNext in minutes. This guide walks you through account creation and initial setup.

Registration Steps

1. Visit the Sign-Up Page

Navigate to your TaprNext instance or the hosted service at app.tapr.ch.

2. Create Your Account

Required information:

• Full Name: Your name as it will appear in the system
• Email: Used for login and notifications
• Company: Your organization name
• Password: Minimum 8 characters with mixed case and numbers

3. Verify Your Email

After registration, you’ll receive a verification email:

1. Check your inbox (and spam folder)
2. Click the verification link
3. Your account is now active

4. First Login

After verification:

1. Return to the login page
2. Enter your email and password
3. You’ll be guided through the setup wizard

Setup Wizard

On first login, the setup wizard helps you configure essential settings:

• Step 1: Company Profile
• Step 2: AI Provider
• Step 3: First Legal Entity
• Step 4: ERP Connection

Each step is optional — you can skip and configure later from Settings.

Demo Mode

New accounts start in Demo Mode with:

• Sample invoices to practice with
• Pre-configured test vendors
• Simulated ERP posting (no real data affected)
